A fully packed audience witnessed Celebrity Chef Boy Logro’s demo on fruit carving and siomai cooking at the SeedWorks Philippines booth at the recent Agrilink trade show at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
Boy Logro is the US-88 hybrid rice ambassador for SeedWorks. US-88 produces long grains that are soft when cooked so that it is perfect for milling into brown rice.
Carving a watermelon into some kind of a decorative flower looked so easy. So was the preparation of siomai, a dimsum favorite. The siomai was served with US-88 rice during the demo.
