The transformation of the stony vacant lot at the Malacañang Park into a lush vegetable garden was really very fast. This is the joint project of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) headed by Gen. Rolando Joselito Bautista and the Tarlac Heritage Foundation headed by Dr. Isa Cojuangco Suntay.
