One small machine that fascinated Eugene T. Gabriel during his visit to the agricultural machinery trade show (KIEMSTA 2016) in Cheonan City, Korea, was a mini multi-purpose dryer for the home. This could be used in drying fruits like jackfruit, mango, chico, makopa, durian, banana, pineapple and many favorite vegetables. These vegetables could be different sweet and hot peppers, tomato, eggplant, okra, ampalaya, beans, mushroom and many others. It could also be used in drying marine products and meats.
The products could be dried without any preservatives. They could be a delight to eat, especially if the products are known to have been grown without the use of pesticides.
Eugene is determined to import some units not only for his family’s use but for sale to interested persons. We will update you through this blog in case his plan to import some will materialize. Eugene, by the way, is president of Agricom based in Cauayan City, Isabela, Philippines. He can be contacted at 0922-800-2474.
